What Does the Money Back Guarantee Cover?

Prescription Glasses - Not quite right? We’ll exchange or refund your glasses within 60 days.

2 Years Free Aftercare – Free adjustments, cleaning, and comprehensive advice. 

 

Here’s what you need to know:

- You have 60 days to return prescription glasses (from date of order) if you’re not happy for any reason.

- We’ll help you find a more suitable alternative – and if we can’t, we’ll offer a full refund.

- All returned items must be in undamaged condition and you’ll need to show your proof of purchase.

- The guarantee applies to all prescription eyewear, including where multiple pairs have been purchased as part of a special offer.

- If you choose a replacement that’s more expensive, you’ll just pay the difference. If it’s less expensive, we’ll refund the difference.

- This guarantee does not include Contact lenses, Non-prescription sunglasses, Optical solutions, drops or accessories, Accidental damage or loss. 

Please note: We reserve the right to amend or withdraw this guarantee at any time. Your statutory rights are not affected. 

Terms and Conditions

  1. Recommend a friend or family member to Bayfields and we will say thank you with a £50 Amazon voucher for you and a free Eye Exam for your friend.  
  2. New clients will be eligible for a free Bayfields Eye Examination.
  3. £50 Amazon vouchers will be awarded once a new client has completed their free Eye Exam.
  4. Amazon vouchers are supplied via email, so providing a valid up-to-date email address is required. 
  5. Amazon vouchers will be processed as efficiently as possible 
  6. Please allow up to 6 working weeks to receive your Amazon voucher, starting from when your friend attends their appointment. 
  7. There is no limit to the number of people you can recommend to us. 
  8. A "new client" is a client that has not visited a Bayfields practice, or a Bayfields practice under its previous name, in the last 4 years. 
  9. Children’s eye exams are not included 
  10. Clients under the age of 18 can refer any adult (aged 18+). Adults are not eligible to refer children. Children cannot refer children.  
  11. Offer is not open to Bayfields employees, locums, or members of their household. 
  12. Offer subject to available appointments in practice.
